I have an affliate account with tours4fun and I would like to redeem my reward points. At the same time I want to make payment using the credit card of one of the travellers with me who is my daughter in US. Is it possible as the payment condition state that the name of the lead traveller (me) must match the credit card name or can I put my daughter as the lead traveller and still claim the reward points? We encourage you to place your reservations in for our tour packages as soon as you are decided, as booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non availability.
Once a reservation is made and full payment is received, it takes one to two business days to confirm a tour.
The closest pick up location to the address provided will be the Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 at 6:45am.

Hi there! We are planning for a tour that starts on Nov 4. For the LA Hotel, we would like to opt for upgrade to Double Tree and I understand this is only for Thursday to Sunday. As such will it be possible to opt for Pacific Golf for the night of Mon Nov 4 and Double Tree for the night of Sun 10 Nov?
Also do the hotels for this tour provide breakfast?

Guest may choose only one hotel as their free upgrade. We currently do not allow guest to stay in different hotels on different nights while in Los Angeles.
Meals are not included, your tour guide will arrange meal stops for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The tour will include transportation from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, and sightseeing at the National Park for 3-4 hours. The tour guide will arrange the meal stops for the group.

The reservation must be made for the total number of travelers on tour. Please make the reservation as 3 people in one room.
There is a price increase for the 3rd guest, additional fee as surcharge = $138.00 (Surcharge is subjected to increase on holidays).
Please leave us a note in the comment section advising that only 1 of the guest will need a transfer to Los Angeles. We will adjust the price accordingly.
You will arrive at the Kodak Theater around 4:00pm, or at the Holiday Inn Select at approximately 7:00pm-8:00pm.

I have questions on the breakdown of the total amount for 3 Adults and 1 child shows $2,280 from EasyBook for 2 Dec 2013.
(1) Based on Quad Price and 3rd adult stays free, shouldn't the price be 570*2 @@plush; 538 = $1678?
(2) Is the theme park admission fee for the free 3rd person included in the "Total Amount" quoted on EasyBook? If not, when and how will it be charged?
(3) Does the "Total Amount" include the mandatory $80 per pax for entry to Grand Canyon West Rim?

Yes, the difference in the admission cost is already included in the pricing for the free guest.
The mandatory admissions fee of $80.00 must be paid for while you are on tour, and is not included in the total packaged pricing.
