At the same time I want to make payment using the credit card of one of the travellers with me who is my daughter in US. Is it possible as the payment condition state that the name of the lead traveller (me) must match the credit card name or can I put my daughter as the lead traveller and still claim the reward points? Once a reservation is made and full payment is received, it takes one to two business days to confirm a tour. There is a price increase for the 3rd guest, additional fee as surcharge = $138.00 (Surcharge is subjected to increase on holidays). Please leave us a note in the comment section advising that only 1 of the guest will need a transfer to Los Angeles. We will adjust the price accordingly.
